Instead first-year law student Joseph Soldis withstood an AOL legal action -- and threats of a possible penalty exceeding $300,000!
The victorious "little guy" issued a press release explaining his philosophy. "It was time that AOL understood they don't own exclusive right to 3 letters of our 26 letter alphabet." And this could spell more trouble for AOL in the years to come. Soldis says after completing law school, he plans to provide free representation to more "little guys" when they go after big companies.
Like AOL...!
