Superior Court Judge John Triarsi in Elizabeth said Lysle Kamenir of East 70th Street, New York City; will be placed on the wristlet monitoring program, which will permit him to leave his residence only to go to work. He was also fined 1000.- and ordered to continue therapy sessions with a private psychiatrist. He pleaded guilty Sep 13th to third degree charges of endangering the welafre of a child. First Assistant Prosecuter Michael J Lapolla said the defendant and the victim struck up a friendship via thier home computers after meeting July 30, 1994 over " AMERICA ONLINE," a nationwide electronic information network. The prosecutor said Kamenir arranged to meet the boy in Summit, and take him rollerskating. Afterward; the defendant took the victim into a secluded wooded area, where they "engaged in sexual activity", Authorities said Kamenir engaged in sexual activity with the teenager on numerous occasions. An investigation was launched by Summit Police Sgt. Edward Sibert and Detective Ronald G Reale of the Child Abuse Unit. Kamenir learned he was being sought by investigators and turned himself in Oct 4.
